The company was established in 1998 as a joint-stock company formed by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) (Jinan Automotive Marketing Center of CNHTC). Later, due to the company's development needs, it was renamed as Jinan Huawo Heavy-duty Truck Trading Co., Ltd. with an area of over 13,000 square meters. It is an end-to-end supply chain management service provider that integrates vehicle sales, parts supply, after-sales maintenance, and international trade.

After more than 20 years of development, the company has become an authorized vehicle sales and service center for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Shaanxi Automobile Group Heavy Truck, and Wuling Motors. We are a well-known distributor of complete vehicles and spare parts for all series of brands under China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and we have obtained the authorization to export complete vehicles and parts. In recent years, the Heavy Truck vehicles sold by the company have consistently ranked among the top in the annual sales ranking of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., and have received numerous commendations from the group.

As an authorized dealer of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Shaanxi Automobile Group, and Wuling Motors, our company offers a comprehensive, large-scale, and professional range of vehicle services to customers both domestically and internationally. The vehicle components we deal with are sourced from various brand-associated manufacturers, ensuring a wide variety of parts and excellent quality. In order to facilitate international business operations, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, followed by the establishment of Jinan Yangyang International Trade Co., Ltd. in 2013. These ventures have further expanded our company's scope of operations and market presence.

In response to the country's "Belt and Road" policy of opening up to the outside world, the company seized the opportunity and actively invested in establishing factories abroad. In 2015, Asia Machinery Investment Co., Ltd. - Rwanda Branch was established with a registered capital of 1 million US dollars, which was used to build our company's brand-new sales and service center in Rwanda. The design of this sales center follows the standards of domestic China National Heavy Duty Truck 4S stores. It covers an area of over 20,000 square meters, including a 10,000-square-meter vehicle repair workshop, a 5,000-square-meter vehicle showroom, and a 5,000-square-meter parts warehouse.

The company takes it as its responsibility to serve local customers, and after five years of development, it has gained a good reputation among local customers. It has also received strong support from the local government. During President Xi Jinping's visit to Rwanda in 2018, our company was invited by the local government to co-host President Xi Jinping's visit.

In 2016, Asia Machinery Co., Ltd. - Uganda Branch was established, covering an area of over 8,000 square meters. It integrates the sales of heavy-duty trucks and parts.

In 2017, Asia Machinery Co., Ltd. - Djibouti Branch was established. In order to better serve Ethiopian customers, the company established the Djibouti Branch, which has a bonded area of 7,500 square meters at the Djibouti Port. There are professional personnel responsible for managing vehicles shipped from China to Djibouti. With the concept of "service at your doorstep," the company aims to provide customers with more convenient and efficient vehicle delivery and after-sales service in the local area.

With the support of overseas branches, the company's sales business can cover the entire East and Central Africa region.

In 2020, Jinan Huawo Heavy Duty Truck Trading Co., Ltd., along with its 10 subsidiary companies, formed the Asia Machinery Group. The group's business focuses on international trade and covers the entire foreign trade industry chain, including production, procurement, warehousing, sales, and after-sales service.
